This is to confirm your reservation of our Sanctuary for the above referenced events, as follows:

Master Class - Wednesday, 22nd February from 7:00 to 9:30pm
Master Class - Friday, 23rd March from 6:00 to 8:30pm
Recital - Saturday, 28th April from 7:00 to 9:30pm

Prelude - Sunday, 26th February for the 11:00am Service
Prelude - Sunday, 4th March for the 9:00am Service
Prelude - Sunday, 25th March for the 11:00am Service

Kindly let me know who will actually perform the preludes on the above dates as soon as you have settled the matter so that I can have their name published in the Service program.  As in the past, please make sure each of the performers arrives at the Church no later than 15 minutes before the start of the Service (8:45am for the 9:00am prelude, and 10:45am for the 11:00am prelude).

If anything changes, please let me know as soon as possible, and I will do my best to accommodate you.

I have never been there, so you will have to find it by yourself. Just ask any staff you see to find the Main Dining Room. The building is on 2nd West and 2nd North.

Good news

Students!
I am excited to decide that we are doing DISNEY! this semester. I've put it off long enough. I would like for everyone to sing at least 1 Disney song solo, and 1 group number. Please start thinking about the songs from Disney you would be most interested in singing.

I would also like to do a concert for the Old Folks Homes around the Cache area, around Valentines' Day. I feel this will be a GREAT opportunity for you to sing SEVERAL times in front of people who need a boost to their day and by boosting them, you in turn are also boosted because they will cheer you on and hope you do your best. Please plan on making some time around Valentine's Day to perform for these folks. I will set up times. I can't guarantee anything at this point, so I will let you know later of the homes and the times. Your Disney pieces should be ready for this performance. We will also still focus on the Classical stuff, but that will be the final recital. Be prepared for both performances.
